01 Information collected

Information you provide. The contact form asks for your name, email address, and message. An organization name is optional. The form also includes the audience path or service interest you select and the website address, so Todd can understand your inquiry. If you contact us by email or schedule a conversation, we receive the contact, scheduling, and other details you choose to provide.

Technical information. Hosting, font, form, and security providers may receive information such as your IP address, browser and device details, requested URL, and request time as needed to deliver their services and protect against misuse. See the services below.

The form is intended for general business inquiries. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information, passwords, payment details, or confidential client material.

02 How information is used

• Respond to your questions and discuss relevant training, coaching, or consulting services.
• Arrange meetings and follow up on conversations you initiate.
• Operate and protect the website, troubleshoot problems, and prevent spam.
• Maintain necessary business records and meet applicable legal obligations.

Contact-form submissions do not automatically subscribe you to a newsletter. Where a legal basis is required, processing may rely on taking steps at your request before an agreement, our legitimate interests in responding to inquiries and operating a secure business, legal obligations, or your consent where required. If processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it by contacting us.

03 Services & sharing

Information is handled by the services needed to operate this website and respond to you:

• FormSubmit — contact forms. Submissions are sent to FormSubmit, which processes the form and emails the inquiry to Todd. FormSubmit documents a 30-day submission archive. FormSubmit privacy information (PDF) and archive documentation.
• Google Workspace / Gmail — correspondence. Inquiry emails and replies are handled and stored through our Google email service. Google privacy information.
• OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare — hosting and delivery. The website is hosted through Sites using Cloudflare infrastructure. These providers may process technical request and security information to serve and protect the site. OpenAI privacy information and Cloudflare privacy information.
• Google Fonts — typography. Pages load fonts from Google. Your browser sends a request to Google’s font servers, which exposes connection information such as your IP address and browser details. Google privacy information.

Scheduling, reading, and other external links. “Schedule a call” opens Calendly, and the Substack link opens our writing on Substack. Information you provide there is processed under the relevant service’s policies; Todd uses details received through those services to fulfill your request. See Calendly’s privacy notice and Substack’s privacy policy. Linked social networks and training partners also have their own privacy practices.

We may share relevant details with a delivery or training partner when you request or agree to that involvement. We may also disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, or the security of our services.

04 Cookies & analytics

We have not installed Google Analytics, advertising pixels, or other visitor analytics tools in this website. The site’s own code does not set cookies or save contact-form content in browser local storage. Your browser may independently offer autofill or restore entries.

Our hosting and service providers may use cookies or similar technologies for their own service and security functions. FormSubmit may use anti-spam checks; its standard submission flow may display a challenge. When you follow external links, those services control their own cookies and privacy choices.

You can manage cookies through your browser and the choices offered by those services. If we introduce analytics or other tracking, we will update this policy and provide any notices and consent choices required before using them.

05 How long information is kept

We retain inquiry correspondence for as long as needed to respond, manage any resulting business relationship, maintain necessary records, resolve disputes, and satisfy legal obligations. The period depends on the nature of the inquiry and any engagement that follows.

FormSubmit’s 30-day archive period does not automatically delete the emails received in our inbox. Email and other provider records have separate retention arrangements. You may contact Todd to request deletion; some information may need to be retained for legal obligations or other permitted purposes.

06 Security & processing locations

The website and form endpoint use HTTPS to protect information in transit. No website, email service, or transmission method can guarantee absolute security.

Stashed Knowledge is based in the United States. Our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate; privacy laws may differ from those where you live.

07 Your choices & requests

You may browse without submitting the contact form, leave the optional organization field blank, or email Todd directly. To ask about your information or request access, correction, or deletion, email todd@stashedknowledge.com.

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have additional rights, including receiving a copy of your information, objecting to or restricting certain processing, withdrawing consent, or complaining to a relevant privacy authority. We will handle requests in accordance with applicable law and may need to confirm your identity before responding. If a request cannot be fulfilled, we will explain the applicable reason.

For information a third-party service controls independently, use that provider’s privacy contact or account controls. If you subscribe to the Substack publication, you can manage or cancel that subscription through Substack or the unsubscribe link in its emails.

08 Children’s privacy

This website offers professional services and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided such information, contact us so we can review and address it.

09 Updates & contact

We may update this policy as the website, services, or applicable requirements change. The date at the top identifies the latest version. Material changes will be accompanied by any additional notice required by applicable law.
