Cancellation Policy
📜 Cancellation and Refund Policy Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to info@stashedknowledge.com and are subject to the following terms: Full Refund: Students who cancel their course at least seven (7) calendar days prior to the scheduled start date are eligible for a 100% refund of all course fees paid. Partial Refund or Reschedule: Cancellations received between three (3) and six (6) calendar days prior to the course start date are eligible for a 50% refund or a one-time courtesy rescheduling to a future date of the student’s choosing. No Refund: Cancellations made within seventy-two (72) hours of the course start time are non-refundable. Failure to attend without prior notice will be treated as a no-show, and no refund will be issued. Rescheduling Policy: Each student is permitted one (1) reschedule request without penalty, provided the request is made at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the scheduled start time. Additional rescheduling requests may incur a fee. Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of confirmation. By enrolling in a course, the student acknowledges and agrees to this cancellation and refund policy.
