Passionate About Inspiring Others
Meet Todd, a Lean Agile Transformation Coach and Teacher with over two decades of experience in Lean, Agile, & Digital Transformation, as well as technical consulting. Todd is a highly skilled and customer-centric coach who prioritizes delivering value to his clients above all else. He has a passion for lifelong learning and continues to stay at the forefront of Agile frameworks and Cloud, AI, and Big Data tooling.
Throughout his career, Todd has worked with a wide range of organizations, including global energy, transportation, healthcare, government (state and federal), manufacturing, financial services, insurance, and technology companies, as well as startups.
Todd is a certified Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe®) 6.0 Practice Consultant (SPC) and enjoys teaching and coaching individuals throughout Lean Enterprises as well as startups, both in private and public settings. He has a particular interest in increasing awareness of Lean Agile frameworks among native Spanish speakers and has a lifelong dream of teaching Lean Agile courses in Latin America and Spain.
In addition to his professional pursuits, Todd is an avid environmentalist and a Brand Ambassador for Subaru, where he educates the public on the benefits of Subaru ownership and improving environmental practices. Todd is also a member of the Porsche Club of America and enjoys spending his free time on the water around Tampa Bay. In 2020, he launched Agile Currensea, a not-for-profit corporation that helps keep waterways and beaches clean in the Tampa Bay Area.
